Meet Stephanie
I understand how challenging it can be to prioritize health and wellness while managing the demands of work, family, and life. I was drawn to coaching because I believe deeply in the power and potential of women to create meaningful, purposeful lives—even in the midst of great challenges.
I’ve been there! After spending years pursuing my dreams and ambitions - a career, a marriage, raising children, navigating tricky parenting situations, and striving to be a good friend, loving partner and daughter, I found myself facing a future I did not recognize let alone plan for. Taking care of myself and my people became really hard and I needed a lot of support. I could have used a health coach! My emotional wellbeing was at an all time low.
My mission is to help women tap into their inner wisdom and step into their power in order to navigate life’s challenges.
Over time, my commitment to my own health and wellness through movement, nutrition, emotional and spiritual practices allowed me to rediscover myself, tap into my inner wisdom and create a beautiful, fulfilling life of purpose. I am here to help you create and live a life that feels good to you! You have inner wisdom and I will help you manage the inner critic and connect to that power.
When we work together, expect a safe and supportive space where I will encourage you to dig deep and identify the steps you need to move forward towards fulfillment and purpose.
I am a National Board–Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBHWC) which means my fees are often reimbursable through health spending accounts. This designation is the highest form of health coaching certification in the US and Canada. I work with both Americans and Canadians in both countries. I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I have also completed the Playing Big Facilitators Training with Tara Mohr and The Coaching Way with Tara Mohr, which expanded my capacity to help women step into their authentic voice and power. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, I also work with new moms struggling with postpartum depression, anxiety and rage at Prospera Maternal Mental Health so I am experienced in working with strategies that align with cognitive behavioural therapy.
